What will you do in this role?
You will be analyzing the market and our competitors and defining the product assortment, developing new products and creating and improving our catalogue content.
An overview of your responsibilities:
• Analyzing market dynamics, competitors’ landscape and market requirements
• Defining the product assortment per brand and product line in order to meet strategic goals, based on three main KPIs: range coverage, launch time and product data quality
• Ensuring consistent product assortment developing new products and improving cataloguing data
• Creating catalogue content for newly developed items
• Continuously analyzing identify access management competitor assortments
• Being responsible for the product data of highest quality
• Driving product assortment harmonization of the Emotive brands in accordance with the Emotive brand roadmap and in alignment with the regions
• Continuously identifying possible errors and areas of improvement
• Aligning with the quality department on quality standards
• Aligning with Emotive procurement on possible sources and pricing
• Aligning with European/Regional product management regarding brand and product strategy
Who are you?
• You should have experience in automotive and Independent Aftermarket (IAM) spare part business
• Experience in IAM product development and technical data management
• Good command of English skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of IAM data systems (e.g. Olyslager, TecDoc, TecRMI) and OE repair data systems / OE part catalogue systems
• Knowledge of repair procedures in the workshops and their needs for tools and equipment
